Phyllis Cappellano

Phyllis was born in Allentown, Pennsylvania and graduated from Pen Argyl High School, Easton, Pennsylvania. The Cappellano family moved to Lancaster County in 1973, and Phyllis started working at our office in 1988.  Over her years of service, she experienced a number of changes and held multiple positions. 

Her husband was a long time referee (30 years) in Lancaster County Midgets, High School, and College sports.  In the early 1990's, he was selected as a referee for  the Big 33 Football Classic at Hershey, PA.  The game is often described as the "Super Bowl of High School Football".

Phyllis has 3 daughters and 3 wonderful grandchildren.
